Factory workshop integrates top-of-the-line domestic cable manufacturing and processing equipment: the south section of the core area is equipped with a Wuxi Aibang 3.0 MeV electron accelerator for producing high-performance irradiated cross-linked cables with a lifespan of up to 70 years, and a Qingdao Walker 6-35KV three-layer co-extrusion production line for medium-voltage cable manufacturing; the central section houses multiple stranding machines, extruders, and cabling machines to ensure basic production capacity; and the north section features German Niehoff multi-head wire drawing machines and continuous annealing copper wire drawing machines, along with a provincial-level demonstration intelligent production line for environmentally friendly wires (including robotic automatic palletizing and double-layer co-extrusion technology), achieving intelligent manufacturing throughout the entire process from precision copper processing to automated finished product packaging.
In recent years, our company has been continuously recognized as a national high-tech enterprise, a Shandong Province "Specialized, Refined, and Innovative" enterprise, a Shandong Province excellent enterprise in the integration of industrialization and informatization, a Shandong Province gazelle enterprise, a Shandong Province quality benchmark enterprise, a Shandong Province green factory, a Shandong Province advanced intelligent factory, a Shandong Province "One Enterprise, One Technology" R&D center, and has received "Taishan Quality Certification." The company has been rated as a Level 3 safety production standardization enterprise by the Emergency Management Bureau and has won the "Integrity Unit" title in Liaocheng City. The company's laboratory and technology research and development center have been recognized as the Liaocheng City Key Laboratory for High-End Equipment Cables, a municipal enterprise technology center, and a municipal industrial design center. The wire and cable production workshop has been rated as a Shandong Province digital workshop.
